Suspension
We only suspend guilds or users when:
- you violate our Terns of Service
- you use your right ot erasure or restriction of processing
Generally we will inform you before suspending your server for Terms of Service violations unless they require urgent action to protect our services.

Suspension impacts on a Guild
If your guild is suspended:
- The Cleaner will automatically leave the guild
- You will be unable to invite The Cleaner back
- All settings on the Dashboard wil become read-only

Suspension impacts on an User
If you are suspended:
- You will be kicked from all servers you share with The Cleaner to make sure we don't collect any data from you, as requested.
- You will not be able to login on our website

Appeals
Dependeing of your suspension reason, you may be able to appeal your suspension. Please join our support server for such appeals, if your discord account is suspended, you can use the following email instead: [email protected]
